Summative Assessments
With the challenges of addressing all students' needs through the various formats due to the pandemic, our formative and summative tasks will be comprised of ways that all students can access and complete.

This will include (but not be limited to):
     1. google surveys and reading checks
     2. Project Based Learning (PBL)
     3. Rationales
     4. Response Writing
     5. Visual Representations (eg non-written text)
     6. Small and Large Group Discussions
     7. Oral Composition/Delivery
     8. Research Writing

Each unit will have published assignment and assessment notifications, which will include rubrics and examples; summative tasks will include the Standards and Learning Targets being assessed, and be reflected in the marking rubrics.

Students will use distance learning time to build upon the instruction and feedback offered during the face to face teaching time; should the face to face teaching time change, all instructions and feedback will be recorded and uploaded to Google Classroom.
